We supply all materials needed for the job, unless you prefer to supply your own. When we do supply materials, we compare prices between the three leading builders’ merchants to ensure you get the best possible deal. You benefit directly from our trade discounts, and we do not take any markup or profit from the materials. What you pay for is exactly what they cost.

The only charge to you is our flat-rate labour fee

We always overestimate the time required to complete the job. That means the quote you receive reflects the maximum you’ll pay. If the work is finished sooner, the labour cost is reduced accordingly, you only pay for the time we actually work.
